Nigel Mansell's World Championship - Faster

Nigel Mansell’s World Championship on the Amstrad CPC always looked the part, but it crawled along at about 4 frames a second and the whole race was painted in blue.

I’ve been tinkering with it. Same game, same handling, same opponents, but the race now runs at close to 7 frames a second in emulation, roughly 60% quicker. The road is grey, the verges are green and the dash is red and blue. Both disk sides sit in one image too, so no more flipping.

Still a work in progress and not yet tried on a real 6128.
